Admin & Events Coordinator Intern (2-months/Full-time)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Events Coordinator Intern to support our team during a busy operational period. This two-month temporary position offers hands-on experience in event coordination, administrative management, and client operations support within a fast-paced creative agency environment.
Role description
The Admin & Events Coordinator Intern will assist with the planning and execution of client and internal events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly from setup to wrap-up. You will work closely with the events and operations teams to coordinate vendors, manage schedules, and source necessary materials and equipment for each event.
This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
key responsibilities
Support the planning and on-site setup of client and agency events.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event execution.
Assist with sourcing and organizing event materials, décor, and equipment.
Prepare event-related documentation such as run sheets, checklists, and contact lists.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, communication follow-ups, and logistics coordination.
Assist the team with errands or deliveries related to event preparation and setup.
Support post-event wrap-up activities such as vendor feedback, equipment return, and documentation.
Complete other administrative or coordination tasks as needed during the internship period.
key responsibilities
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Experience (academic or personal) with event planning or coordination is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools. Must know how to use Excel or Google Sheets.
Must own a laptop.
Must be available for occasional weekend or evening event.
